Have you completed the Adult Weight Management Group? If so, you could take advantage of the amazing, reduced membership offer from Freedom Leisure following completion of your group programme. Further details and referral forms will be forwarded by your mentor.
Active for Life is a citywide programme of activities to support residents to be more active, more often. Adult sessions are for anyone wishing to get and stay active, suitable for all abilities, including those with health conditions. Participants range in age from 20 to 80.
